1. We constantly strive for animal husbandry that is connected with the climate,
environment and the lives of the people. We aim for animal husbandry that is
integrated with the regional agriculture.
2. We aim for local subsistence in feedstuff and local reduction of manure for
the objective of animal husbandry with little environmental burden.
3. In regards to beef, we aim to create an animal husbandry and meat
processing system that enables the tracking of history as well as individual
identification at all stages: breeding, nursing, fattening, slaughtering,
butchering process, and packaging.
4. We aim to create a natural fattening environment that will place as
little stress as possible on the animals.
